THE LEGAL STUFF

Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

Plain English version: we collect what we need to do our job, we do not sell your data, and if you ever want us to delete it, just ask.

1. Information We Collect

When you visit pitchkitchen.com, fill out a form, book a call, or email us, we collect the basics: your name, email, company, role, and anything you choose to tell us in a message field.

We also automatically collect standard web data: IP address, browser type, device, referring URL, pages viewed, and time on site. Nothing exotic.

2. How We Use It

We use your information to reply to you, send you the resource you asked for, run our business, improve the site, and — if you opted in — send you the occasional email about messaging, positioning, and AI for B2B.

We do not sell your data. Ever. We are not in the data-broker business. We are in the messaging business.

3. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and pixels to understand which pages people read, which CTAs work, and which campaigns drive real conversations. If you turn cookies off in your browser, the site still works — you just become invisible to our analytics, which is fine by us.

4. Third-Party Services

We use a small set of trusted vendors to run the site and our marketing. Each one has its own privacy policy, and we only share what they need to do their job:

• Google Analytics 4 — page-level traffic and behavior

• LinkedIn Insight Tag — campaign attribution and audience matching

• RB2B — anonymous company-level visitor identification

• Calendly — meeting scheduling

• Email service providers — to send messages you opted into

5. Your Rights

You can ask us what we have on you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop emailing you. We will do it. Just email greg@pitchkitchen.com and we will handle it within a reasonable timeframe — usually within a few business days.

If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA. Same email, same response.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system on the internet is 100% bulletproof. If something ever goes wrong, we will tell you.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
